Loan Process

With years of experience, our team will help you through the loan process and make it run smoothly. We will take out the stress that is often associated when doing a home loan. The process with us is simple; call us and we can qualify you right over the phone. Once we have you pre-qualified, we will give you a list of documents needed as well as send you disclosures that we will go over and make sure you understand them fully. When we recieve all documents back along with all pretaining paperwork and information, we will submit your file. We will keep in contact with you regularly to inform you of your loan status. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have through out the entire loan process. There is no such thing as a stupid question, so please don't hesitate to ask us. We will take the time to explain all of your program options and make sure you are able to make an informed decision which program is right for you.

It has become a normal practice for borrowers to call around and look for the best rate. The problem is, is that rates change at any given time, even a few times a day. So while you may have called company A in the morning for a rate, it may not be the same by afternoon, plus they aren’t able to factor in any additional add-ons which may apply to your loan. We are able to get you the best rate through the best lenders in the market today. We take the guess work out of rates. In most situations, we are able to save on closing costs as well.
